The guys that?s work there lovely people but the little Asian lady that works there is dead rude heard we said we didn?t like something got home and she?s put it in the sandwich give us attitude when asking for a cub that she forgot to give me and didn?t even look like she cared don?t think someone like that should be working there as the guys are really nice and it just makes them and the place look bad because off one woman please sort this out not the only person that has said this and has been happening for a while

Quite literally the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The server Ajay showed absolutely no interest in being there or serving us. Now I can understand if there's a big queue or it's the busy lunchtime rush, but the place is dead and we turned up at 14:30.The attitude on Ajay is appalling and to make it worse they didn't even have any lettuce. Can never fault the food because its Subway and a good sandwich always slaps but my god someone check on Ajay man he's one bad sandwich way from crying.

Dietary restrictions: Just now I went to Liverpool Road Subway, Staff ( He not showing his name, I think Ajy) wearing dirty gloves, he touched bacon, other meat and salad everything using same gloves. I asked him to change the gloves, because I asked chicken Tika. He said can?t change the gloves and he spoke to me very rude. No customer service. I PROMISE I NEVER GO TO LIVERPOOL SUBWAY AGAIN. Hygienic is very poor.

So so so rude.Ajay the person serving us was incredibly ignorant. He got the order wrong completely ignored us when we were talking.Bad customer service. Food was pretty bad too. Standards have severely lowered. Would NOT recommend to anyone.I would never ever come here again after this.

Worst Subway in Eccles!Been this Subway a few times every time the staff are miserable as anything. Don?t speak to the customers or Smile. On this occasion got my order wrong and refused to make it fresh.

Rude customer service from the server he was offended when I asked him for extra gherkin in subway I?m used to having it my way and I like the sandwich the way I liked it but it seemed like he was just having a bad day I didn?t appreciate the customer service really poor
