Rude staff

Completely rude member of staff, I went in and was told to use the machine, (hate using machines in general rather than speaking to a human being) ordered a tuna wrap and saw them make a chicken wrap, I'm like 90% certain I definately pressed tuna wrap, so I mentioned to it, and the member of staff in the rudest manner goes (How can the machine be wrong bro) - like machines are never wrong, even if I was in the wrong, the manner he went about it was extremely rude and I won't be going back any time soon.
The mistake was easily correctable and he could have just offered to take the chicken off and replace with tuna, instead he chose to be extremely disrespectful.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Ordered a 6? Philly cheese steak sub with lettuce red onion jalapeño and southwest sauce. Had literally about 3 tiny pieces of chopped up thin steak Canadian a few pieces of lettuce and one onion. Delivered by uber eats. Disgusting how they have let this leave the shop and think it?s acceptable at nearly £7 my subway was more 4.5? than 6! Aswell. This wouldn?t have happened if I came into the shop refund requested with uber eats. Not acceptable at all. Absolutely shocking! Can?t contact as the number is unavailable.

Don?t take a order then a hour later ring to say you haven?t got the meatballs or cookies because you have given it to the 3 people that were walk in customers! Disgusting!

I've been coming to this subway store for 8 years and I think it's the best branch in Bolton. Staff are always friendly and always recognise me as I come in. They always ask if I need help on the machines. Service is very fast and they always get the sandwiches spot on each time. The foods always the right temperature and they put the right amount of salad on so that's it's not overloaded.

I recently visited your store and ordered a pepperoni footlong. Unfortunately, I found that it wasn?t properly cooked. One sandwich was undercooked, and the other was barely done. It felt like the staff might have been having an off day or weren?t fully attentive while preparing my order.
I wanted to bring this to your attention because I?ve usually had good experiences at your store, and this was disappointing. I hope this feedback helps to improve the service for future customers.

i use this subway for myself and son but today the service i received was shocking the server had such a bad attitude unbelievable i use this at least 4 times a week will not be returning

The most clean subway and halaal in Bolton. Staff are very helpful and always friendly. We only go to this subway even though it's on the other side of Bolton.
Vegetarian options: Veggie pattie and veg sandwich options. Vegan menu available
Parking: Right infront of shop and helpful and with petrol station
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps so it's a win win

Just bought someone a footlong....Can only presume that red onions and Southwest sauce are in short supply..looking by the amount on it....even though I asked for more...oh well..won't bother again..I can make my own dry sandwiches.

I came into the Chorley Old Road branch at 20 minutes to closing time (10.40pm) following a long flight home with 3 children who had never been to subway before. They didn't know how to order or what to do. Big shout out to the 2 absolute gentlemen (who were probably ready for bed too!!) who were very patient and helpful. They still had the full service and were happy to help with the many options available to the kids. The food was delish too! Thanks guys!Parking: Parking right outside within the petrol station grounds.Kid-friendliness: Patient with the kids!
