Completely shocked at how I've been treated today.
The woman was rude from the onset.
I asked what the sub of the day was. She smirked at me like I'm stupid and rolled her eyes saying subway have never done that.
It may have been a while since I've visited but I'm sure they did.
Moving on her attitude was disgusting she obviously didn't want me there.
Which prompted me to ask what time the branch closes. She said 8pm it was 5.50pm when I went in.
If I wasn't due to take meds I would have left right away.
The salad contents looked way past there best. So avoided altogether. Bread was stale.
Not good enough for a store so close to such a busy tourist and office hub in Manchester.
Never visiting again and will be warning friends and family to avoid also.
Not even worth the one star.

This store is a lovely store to get your Subways from - the only problem is that it always seems heavily understaffed. The last few times I have visited there has been only one person making the sandwiches, and doing everything on the till during lunchtime, where you would expect for this to be the busiest period of the day and staff accordingly

A busy Subway. Visited first time when dinner time was about over and the store was quite short-handed, with just a single staff member serving customers by preping food and handling the cash register. I really appreciate his attitude because he remained patient and polite to customers whilst delivering service in an efficient manner.

Staff close early most days and use the excuse of ?no bread?. When i asked to buy a drink only, they apparently ?lost the key? to the locked front door. Bad behaviour from staff shutting early.
