Service has gone right down, which is surprising as the standards set by the manager ensured some of the best service I?ve ever received at Subway. Particularly today when I asked about their promotion the Eastern European lady said she knew nothing about it, was very cold and aggressive in nature. I don?t wish to be frowned at or feel like I have to look stupid for asking questions.

I went into the store today and bought 2 footlong subway rolls, came home after an hour to eat them and we saw there was flies inside the subway, not just one but both of them, I?ve never seen anything like that before, most disgusting food, food also did not taste fresh at all. I immediately threw away both of them into the bin, literally saw flies inside and flying out of them.

Staff is friendly and welcoming. Although, Im a regular customer at this branch and their Air Conditioning doesn't seem to work for a long time now (even in this hot and humid weather). They just keep the door open to let the air in and the oven that works all the time makes the place too hot to even order. 5 star for customer service.

Reasonable subway and I respect that its Halal so I wanna support it hope it carries on doing well however when I asked for extra south west source on-top of my sub the guy said I would have to pay 50p extra and iv never had that happen at any other subway.

I ate inside its comfortable its quite noisy food is ok but sitting environment is kind of noisy no customers were inside but different noises really felt uncomfortable food is good
