my food was burnt and the staff were very rude about it. I returned my food and nicely asked to replace it and even the manager was talking rudely to me and refused to replace my BURNT food. one of the workers spoke angrily to me and said he?ll make sure there?s bacteria in it. Honestly so rude it?s always the indian workers who do this

Since the new staff came and they all Asians (Pakistani) they breads are not same anymore cookies doesn't taste the same. Over all service gone slow aswell. They really need to bring professional staff who is good at baking at the same time.

It was consistently a bad experience. The food I received was messy and to make matters worse, I discovered a hair in the sandwich not once, but twice, which was incredibly unpleasant. Additionally, some items in my order were incorrect. Not recommend it at all

Got sent the wrong sub ! How can you get a tuna Footlong plain wrong?then had to get a taxi back to the shop to get them to change it and they refused to at first ! Would not recommend eating here awful the woman was so rude

This is a lovely local subway where I come for breakfast/ lunch regularly. The food is amazing customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is so friendly and welcoming. All the staff so so polite, professional, have great knowledge about all the promotional offers and food, and snacks. I can sit there and get my work done on my laptop, read a book a just feel so relaxed sitting in comfortable clean friendly environment. The staff show so much care, respect and appreciation to their customers. It?s truly one of the best subways I have been too. Definitely need to try this subway branch is Whalley Range, Withington Road. ??????????

Visited this store recently and was shocked at how dirty and filthy it was. The floor was dirty and has food packaging on the floor. The tables were no better. There were 2 female staff who seemed more interested in their personal conversation than their customers. I looked behind the counter and it was just a little better than the customer facing environment. I complained to the female that served me about how disgusting the restaurant was. Got the feeling she want bothered. She just looked at me with a blank expression, not an apology or recognition of what I had just said to her. Will be reporting then to councils health and safety food standards. Appalling. Avoid this restaurant. If it?s a franchise it?s doing the brand a disservice and damaging their reputation. They store should be shut down.

Its 19.02.24,13:30....Veg thrown on bread, half on half everywhere else. No one behind me so i dont know why he was rushing like something was happening. Girl threw cheese on half on the paper and half actually on the meat. What a pair of clowns. Oblivious.
