Staff were rude, spent ages flirting with the customers infront of me and then refused to listen to what other toppings I wanted in my sandwich, then just rolled their eyes and turned away and chatted to each other when I tried to say I didn?t want the things they had put in.

Are they having a laugh? Got there way ahead of closing time and I was next to be served and they couldnt serve me because they are closing and didn't tell me beforehand whilst wasting my time in the queue. Appears this is a common theme per Google reviews. I will also not be returning as the customer experience is below par.

I arrived an hour and a half before closing today, and the petrol station staff even informed me that the subway was open. I was at the counter calling out 'hello' multiple times for about five minutes before someone finally came over and said they were closed. They couldn't even sell me a cookie that was already made. This was terrible customer service! How can they close up that early? I'm sure the owner isn't aware of this, and it?s frustrating that they couldn't sell me a cookie that I could see right in front of me.

Terrible experience! I placed an order for a 6-inch turkey sandwich with double meat through the app, but when I arrived, they gave me someone else?s order. After I pointed out the issue and waited a few minutes, they made me order in person like everyone else?which makes using the app pointless! When I showed my order with the double meat, one of the staff claimed they didn?t see it, even though it was clearly written on my order. To make it worse, the food was cold. Awful staff and food. Never coming back!

Worst customer service i have experienced so far, had to wait 10 mins to get served and this is after shouting the guy to come out. Very arrogant behaviour from the guy behind the counter not pleased at all from this. Definitely will not be coming again

Literally impossible to get served in there. Staff just sit in the back, waiting for 10 minutes and decided to go to Greggs instead. Probably the 4th or 5th time this has happened.

I ordered a Subway for myself and my disabled brother through the app, using both his account and mine. I went to the store to pick them up. When I got there, I spoke to a young cashier who was about to hand me the sandwich. Suddenly, a man who seemed to be the manager (my guess), with a strong Nigerian accent, came out and asked, "Is that your order?" I didn't think he was talking to me, so I continued talking to the young cashier. Then the manager said, "It's a duplicate order" and asked to see my app.
I was confused because I knew I had ordered two sandwiches. When I showed him my account, he saw one order, and as I was logging out to log in with my brother's account, he shouted, "No! You can only get one sandwich with the promotion." I tried to explain that the other order was for my brother, who is disabled, and that I usually run errands for him. He interrupted and said, "Are you trying to challenge me?" which confused me even more because I wasn't being confrontational. He then said, "If you challenge me, you will not get your sandwich."
I asked what he meant, and he repeated, "You're challenging me. If you don't keep quiet, you're challenging me." I don't have much money and couldn't afford to lose what I paid for, so I didn't argue further. However, the experience really disturbed me.
It's been two days now, and I initially wasn't going to write a review, but I don't want other customers to go through this, especially those who might not be in the best frame of mind. It's important to mention that I am also African and only 21, though I look younger. I think the manager's attitude was influenced by my appearance. However, sharing similar backgrounds doesn't justify rudeness and poor customer service.

Really terrible, this is the worst waiter I have encountered in the UK for so long. He didn't put the sauce for me and when I went back to him, he said rudely why did you put your water on my table, we can't dine in here! He seems to think I owe him money? ! I will never come again

One of the workers is so rude! (by the sounds of other reviews on here, I bet it's the same man) He shouldn't be working there if that's his attitude to customers. He tuts, sighs and mutters under his breath when making the sandwiches. The way he speaks to customers is not needed. Very rude & arrogant.

Great service and one of the nicest Subways I have had in ages. Obviously, it is in a petrol station, so zero atmosphere unless you count the petrol fumes! ?
