i was sitting in the subway at 9 am and there were no more customers in the restaurant it was cold outside so i said the lady to allow me sit inside but she said get out very agreesive behaviour by her i am a regular customer of subway was not expectingto be treated like that it happens on 2 consecutive days

Really shocking. Was more than happy to buy an item so I could use the toilet. Requested to buy a cookie and the owner stated it had to be over a pound. Clearly this owner shows a lack of humanity. I?d refrain from using this subway.

I normally don't leave reviews for well established places such as Subway, however, after I was served by Michelle, i felllt her customer service and care meant I had to leave a review. She greeted me with polite smile and we exchanged a friendly chat. I understand the dynamics of working in such a busy environment can be challenging especially with difficult customers, however, Michelle showed a positive attitude and a fantastic customer relations.
Definitely would recommend ?

Rude staff and useless sandwich artists. I asked for some sauce on a submelt and she said that would cost me extra money. It's subway for gods sake, 3 members of staff made it a hassle and an unpleasant experience.
The guy also forgot ingredients for the melt so I told them and they started doubting me like I was trying to sneakily add more topping's.
Horrible staff, wouldn't go unless it's the last subway on earth.

Absolutely disgraceful service from the lady behind the counter (5/6/24). The guy was very helpful but the woman didn?t have a clue about anything. I was discussing the new app with her and I literally had it on my phone. With the recent app update and with someone already in the que waiting I just said I would pay rather than get 50% off ordering through the new app. Then when I asked for my points she said she couldn?t give me my points because I had already paid. Why on earth would she wait until I?ve paid when I literally had the app open in front of her. Why not just ask to scan my app right away. I?m at the point where I just want to throw this subway and cookies in the bin and not eat them out of principle. I?m not even hungry for them anymore and don?t want to eat them. I?ll never be buying from subway ever again because of this inexperienced woman. Extremely disappointed with subway. Avoid!

I was completely dissatisfied with the service. I do not usually complain but this one was atrocious. As a person who use to work in subway, I am aware of what ingredients to put or how much, when I ordered my salad, the lady serving did dot even bother adding the correct amount and just a sprinkle of lettuce, I asked her 3 times to add more, but she did not even put effort and added maximum 4 lettuce. I am not usually nit-picky or a person that complains. But this did not end with the lettuce, I had to tell her to add more tomatoes, cucumbers and the other salad. At the end she has corrected me saying we only do this amount... when I was trained as a sandwhich artist I was taught the correct amount to add and told that if the customer would like more then give more. I feel as if I did not get my money's worth as the salad was less than half the box, when usually it is filled, when I go to other branches.Vegetarian options: n/A
