WORST EXPERIENCE!
I went to Subway for the first time around 2 PM today to get their £3.99 Meal Deal. The staff was incredibly rude. I mentioned I wasn?t familiar with the ordering process and needed help, but the first girl serving me was arrogant and unhelpful. Despite knowing I wanted the £3.99 deal, I was almost charged £8.99 so I ended ordering the sub without a meal deal (cost me £5.99). The second guy who added the veggies was visibly annoyed when I asked questions about the price and snapped at me, saying 'I already told you!' several times. On top of that, they were extremely stingy with the ingredients for the price they charge. Someone should inspect this store, as the staff clearly lacks professionalism.

The worst subway in Manchester, the door to get in and out beeps SO LOUD honestly it hurts to be in there. Theres only one person who knows how to fold a sub properly.
Staff always watching tik toks and youtube videos (OUT LOUD WITHOUT HEADPHONES! This would be rude if a customer did it) and seem put out when they have to make you a samdwich, really awful place overall, any other subway will be bette. The sandwiches arnt put together well at all. Please turn down the beep on that door i know dozens of people who refuse to go in because of just that beep, the staff being on their phone all the time can wait the beep is painful

Very stingy on salad,not very friendly.
It was 4pm empty place and staff was not bothered about the mess. Every table was dirty,over filled bin and messy floor full of rubbish. I sat on one of the tables and within half an hour nothing was cleaned?

Young lady was serving me. Horrible customer service not manners. Don?t know customer service.
I asked for souse name she sed to me look ther I can?t ready English. When she can?t speak here self English. I don?t understand there is hard to employ staff. If staff is laik this better class please dawn I will not coming back . Better go McDonald lol

Terrible customer service. Too busy talking to each other so didn?t pay attention and made my sandwich wrong. Didn?t ask if I wanted cheese and toasted but then put it in the oven to toast without cheese and so my sandwich was poor. It?s their only job making a sandwich and they can?t even get it right.

I must say, it was an exceptional experience visiting the store. The staff's friendliness and welcoming attitude made my visit memorable.
