I came for a quick lunch and realised the staff have given me the wrong item. When I went back and asked them to change it they refused and said I had to buy a new one.
I said it wasn?t my mistake and they need to to change it after which they said ?Sorry, our management won?t allow us.?
The problem herein is that you have people who are uneducated, not trained properly and can barely speak English. When they make a mistake they don?t own up to it and apologise or make any effort to correct what they have done.
I was looking at a Subway franchise but after my experience I?m going to pass and will never come back. I much rather go to M&S and get a meal deal using self checkout where I don?t need to interact with stupid people.

Vegetarian options: This place serve Halal food as well so I got chicken tikka in my sandwich their salad and sauce is always delicious. This in in Fort shopping centre and free parking also parking for wheel chairs, it has plenty places
Parking: I think never saw fully parked you can find easily enough parking places
Kid-friendliness: I saw families come with kids
Wheelchair accessibility: I think it is wheel chair accessible as I saw sighn of disable people on the wash room

I go to this subway often because its always local to my hotel in Manchester. The staff is bit arrogant, dont know why are they even at the front to serve in the first place. Obviously i go back in there just for the food.
