Just been in and ordered a footling honey oat with my own choices of cheese & salad. The customer in front of me ordered chicken tikka. I have just realised the girl who served me did not change her gloves in-between orders. I am vegetarian! Not to say cross contamination and allergies. So I can't eat my sandwich and can't take it back as I am now in work

Came here a few months ago and it seemed quite dull and lifeless- been a couple of times this week and honestly have zero complaints. The food is made perfectly, the staff are really friendly, and it?s nice to see them having fun with each other during work. 10/10 :) Thanks guys!

The place is under new management. I see a lot of improvement with just a month so.

The cashier was very rude. I mentioned that I want to make it a meal deal. She clearly heard me as she asked if I want a cookie or crisps. After making the payment, I noticed on the receipt that there is no drink added, so I asked if my meal comes with a drink. She said in a very rude attitude "You-did-not-say-you-want-a-drink." I said yes I did, I mentioned I want a meal deal. She then said I will have to pay if I want the drink. I said it's fine. Then she just shook her head as if she was the victim lolll. I will never visit this store again. If you hate your job so much, please consider resigning instead of being so rude to your customers :)

I ordered through Uber eats on a Saturday night, I waited an hour for the delivery and called the shop to see what was happening, they told me the delivery had not been picked up and were not the slightest interested, I asked them to cancel it via Uber and they said not our problem, not interested you still have to pay for it even if it is not picked up. Absolutely discracefull attitude, zero customer service. It was eventually cancelled by Uber and refunded with apologies, I really hope Subway Portland Street were out of pocket because of this after their disgraceful attitude towards me. The guy on the phone I spoke to, I thought, found it quite amusing that I would have to pay for something that hadn't been picked up and not delivered. I wouldn't recommend using this Subway. A minus star needs to be added to these reviews.

Servers had no care for cross contamination. This is the first subway in the country I have seen where staff don't change gloves when touching different types of materials.
Not suitable for people with strict dietary requirements (vegetarian/halal).

The lavatories were out of order, no alcohol gel, so no way to even wash your hands before eating, I am not sure how a place like this keeps the license to sell food

This place won?t let you sit and eat your sandwich FORTY MINUTES before closing. They?re busy shitting down up to FORTY MINUTES before closing. Just close early guys it?s annoying and I?m hungry and want to sit down and eat as per your opening times.

We came in today (Saturday 7th) around lunchtime very last minute to order sandwich platters and the staff were so lovely and so helpful. It?s usually 24 hours notice but the manager and Jack (I think that was his name sorry!!) said they would be able to sort it out for us. Such lovely staff and went above to help us out when they were already busy! The platters were delicious and we had very happy crew members when we got back. Thank you so much :)

Waited 30 minutes in the que to be told when it was my turn there are no vegetarian options.
I would expect them to amend the board at the top or have a sign.
