Staff were rude. Didn't ask any questions about toppings just made the sandwiches up. Asked every other customer before and after us choices.

Staff are rushed and all about getting people through quick. They are mean on toppings and overall just look miserable. They ran out of cups last time I was there and tried to charge me more for the lunch deal because they had no cups to had to give me a bottle. I refused as it wasn't my fault they had no cups. But what a joke even attempting this. Don't advertise something you can't sell. Subway has lost it's touch, it's becoming more of a McDonalds where it has set meals you can't change and it's a waste of money, over £10 these days... For a sandwich. Just skip it

Been waiting outside for 20?minutes was meant to open at 7:30 am it?s currently 7:52, I am VERY hungry and was craving subway before one of my biggest exams for college but unfortunately I might not even be able to eat and will go hungry before an exam because they haven?t opened, staff look like they?re just messing about.

Very bad experience, I couldn?t pay extra for the salad I wanted. New menu wasn?t explained properly and was made to feel stupid. No music, so not a good representation of subway.

I walked in around 4.00pm and the woman behind the counter said "youll have to wait while I make up an order for delivery". Delightful! At first I waited 5 mins, noticing that she could of been moving faster if she wanted to but wasn't. Then it got to 10 mins and she could see this was completely inappropriate to keep someone waiting that long while she made up an order for a delivery driver that hadn't even arrived yet to collect it. I was the only person in the store to serve and she just ignored me. So 10 mins later I just left and I won't be going back there. I would give this place a zero if I could. Avoid.If any management are reading this, instead of replying with general excuses that allow your staff to treat people like you don't need their custom, how about recruiting people who enjoy serving customers and training them so they're more efficient! I used to work at Subway in North Manchester and I understood its customer service so efficency and politness was required!
