I Never usually put reviews, but good work has to be appreciated.
I Was served by a colleague named Umair. One of the finest and sweetest employee ever in subway. We went in 5 minutes before closing and he was still patient with us and happily helped us throughout our order process.
Definitely deserves all the praise and appreciation. Great Job!

Service is incredibly slow since they?ve switched to kiosks, lazy staff take their sweet time to do your order since you?re not queuing at the counter anymore. Also, there?s definitely less vegetables in the subs now since the change.

To start of with they gave me the wrong order, I came back to office and checked, went back and they didn't even apologise instead asked me if they can add to the same order, when I said I want a new one she didn't acknowledge that and went away to make a new one. There were two Indian girls constantly talking in Hindi. One was the manager most horrible experience...Totally rude behaviour

I got a meal from Cowley road Subway.
Bilal the manger was working at this time. I am a 43 Year old women. He started talking to me and said yes Man. FIRST i am a women. How do you think how upset that was. Bilal was not kind at all. I will not get anymore food from there.

Never had any issues before, but they've installed ordering screens instead of ordering it in person. Would fully recommend avoiding, the sandwich they made me had loads of salad items missing and the salad they did put on was pathetic. I didn't dine in, so I paid £10 for a sandwich with hardly anything on it.

Don't come if you're in a rush. The new self service tills are so slow it'll take at least twice as long to use as talking to a person. There was only one person behind the counter doing god knows what for the first 10 minutes, because it took us 16 whole minutes from when we ordered to get our sandwich, and he didn't give us our sides until we asked for them. To top it all off, our Veggie Delite sandwich featured what is clearly a piece of chicken (see photo), so if you have any dietary restrictions, I wouldn't trust them for cross-contamination if I were you!

Absolutely poor experience today 29 April going for lunch. Ever since they switch to self ordering system, the staffs aren't well trained to guide the customers in using the machines. Everyone are just busy making sandwiches and forget their primary goal in servicing the customers. Unfriendly staffs with zero willigness to interact with customers. You can tell the working relationship is hostile from the way the workers speak to each other.
