I came in to subway soaked after getting stuck out in the rain on my way to the train station. I ordered my sandwich (which was really good btw) and a very lovely person called Maria offered me a spare umbrella for my journey. I am very grateful for that umbrella. Thank you Maria :)

My wife and I are regular customers at Subway, but our recent dinner experience was highly disappointing. We were served by an employee named PAUL, who was quite rude and unaccommodating. When we requested to have our sub warmed up, he refused, claiming it wasn't allowed. Additionally, when we asked for an extra line of sauce, he denied our request, saying he had already added it. This experience left us very dissatisfied and we hope management addresses this issue, never coming to this branch again.
