Be aware of buying a Citroen Diesel. My small business where i am a director bought a pre registered berlingo from Stellantis Manchester in July 23 with 10 miles on the clock. Since then we have drove 6800 miles and we are still under warranty. The DPF filter needs replacing at the cost of £1800. What they don't tell you when you buy the van is that according to the Warranty department you have to drive a certain amount of miles and we was told we should blast it down the motorway for 25 miles once a month. This is no where to be seen in the warranty terms and conditions. This is the 3rd Berlingo we have had, wont be buying another.

Citroen / Stellantis you are disgrace. My small business bought a pre registered berlingo from you in July 23 with 10 miles on the clock. The DPF filter needs replacing at the cost of £1800 and you are refusing to do this under warranty due to LOW MILEAGE and the vehicle not being driven with the purpose it was built. The customer care advisor @ Citroen and the service representative at the main dealer say there is no low mileage clause in the warranty terms, but still you will not sort the problem.

My husband was looking to update his motorbility car. Our experience wasn?t good. The guy who took us on the test drive was called Robert he was pleasant enough until I asked for an extended test drive due to my husband?s disability, to make sure it was the right car for him. When I asked him if we could do that, his exact words were ?absolutely not? at first I thought he was joking. Sadly he was not. He spent the whole test drive telling us he sells 3 motorbility cars a day, he doesn?t need to do anything he said as the cars sell themselves. He didn?t manage to sell us one though. Ironically my husband liked the car but wasn?t given the chance to make sure he wanted to order one.We got back to the dealership and he walked away and left us there! Very uncomfortable situation created by a guy who clearly couldn?t care less that disabled driver gets a car suitable for his needs. He reminds me of the old car salesman who?s only interested in selling cars, not selling cars suitable for disabled people. My own adjective for him would be a dinosaur. Beware motorbility customers this garage should be avoided. They only care about selling cars not their disabled customers.
