I went last month starbacks City Tower piccadilly manchester. Then I order caramel michato to sit in. They gave me in paper cup I told them it's sit in order I wanted to have in cup. The barristta, his name is Adam rudely said the dish washer is broken we are not obliged to wash other wise we ll refund it its was shocking experience as a cafeteria.

Ordered Strawberry açai with lemonade last time and it was more of an ice half glass and water with tiny few pieces of strawberries.

Had a bit of a wait for the drinks, and then after wanting to use the toilets discovered there was a key pad for entry with a notice that read something like "For customer use only". I then politely asked the person that originally served me for the code, and was told in a relatively impolite tone "it's on the bottom of your receipt", the server then went and turned round so didn't have a chance to respond. I then had to walk around the serving area to grab his attention again and informed him that he never gave me a receipt. He said rather rudely "wait a minute". I decided enough was enough with the poor customer service so just left.
This server knew he wasn't giving out receipts when I originally asked him and when he responded back. So was more than just unhelpful. Very poor.
Should be noted that the young lady that made my drinks was polite and courteous.

Friendly staff. One of my favourite Starbucks In Manchester. Staff now know my normal order and most of the time have it ready for me before I've even paid for it! Keep up the good work guys x

Bad service. Unfriendly and superior staff. I ordered two coffees, received only one. When I contacted the staff after a long wait, they answered me rudely.

I saw them talk down and really rudely to an elderly man who was clearly in desperate need of the toilet. There's no need to treat people with such a lack of basic human decency. It was guy, dark short hair at an average height. I haven't been back since and never will. I should have intervened. Really disgusted.

the rudest staff i have ever encountered. i brought a drink and wanted to use the toilet but it was in use for over 15 minutes. i asked if i could use the disabled toilet as i was desperate and the staff said no so rudely and horribly. there was about 5 of us queuing for the toilet when the disabled toilet was unoccupied and unneeded, all of us being paying customers!
