Whoever was on the drive thru tonight (4 Jan) at 2219 when we through had an absolutely disgusting attitude, being sarcastic for no reason, instead of rising to the attitude I took the drinks and drove off, to which he stuck his head out of the window and shouted ?you?re welcome?. Appalling behaviour.

The morning staff are rude and far from welcoming. Ordered a fudge brownie hot chocolate but they made a normal one. When i corrected them they charged me extra and still gave me the same normal hot choc that they made. If i wasnt busy i would have gone back and let them know how to do their job properly

2 new staff members on 22/11/2024 I know they were new as I'm a regular gold customer at this store! Incompetence of them they need retraining or not to take the orders on drive thru because twice I repeated whole Milk and she ignored and put OAT in!!! Due to previous never having any issues with other staff there I drove off to allow to cool down and took a swig at lights to my discust it was Oat milk NOT whole I'm allergic to OAT! Complaint has gone in for there incompetence! They clearly have no clue now I'm praying from the swig I don't become ill.
Dietary restrictions: Said 2 Caramel Vente lattes both with whole Milk she read order back and said oat I said NO whole milk ?

Ordered a drink and was given the wrong drink. Which is okay as mistakes can happen. Unfortunately as I went to go and ask to swap
My drink. I was looked at and given a High school dirty look from a staff member called Caitlin. I have never since high school been given a childish look. Went to the counter and the lovely lady there said it was her mistake and my drink was made there. But the service and atmosphere was awful from Caitlin
