Staff members are so friendly and really look after their customers. The lady making the drinks (I think her name badge says Puppy) was the most friendliest staff member I have ever seen before in my life.
Drink was a little underwhelming which really made me sad to say what a great store it was

I come to this Starbucks probably 3-4 times a week and every single time the staff are so lovely the coffee is always great big shout out to Pippa who always puts a smile on my face ! The staff are honestly great xx

Coffee is okay.But like any other Starbucks in the UK (my personal observation in the last 7 days of traveling here), the place is dirty. Both the outdoor and indoor dining area are full of litters and trash all over the place.

Called here for a coffee whilst out and about in city. A fairly small branch, but ample seating was available on the groundfloor or the basement. All the usual Starbucks offerings were available.Toilets are available, but downstairs, key code access required (free with a purchase)Very friendly and welcoming staff. I would call here again.Parking: No parking available.

Incredible service from Danny, it's rare to see such great customer service but Dan was a pleasure to speak to and made Starbucks feel like having a cuppa round an old friends house!

I don?t normally go to Starbucks But I popped in because I passed every every day on the way to work And I am so happy that I did because I met an amazing Lady that served me Called Pip, She was an absolute delight, just what I needed. On my way to work. I had such an amazing day after talking to her for five minutes. The rest, the staff are friendly, very polite and it?s a pleasure to be in their store.I shall be making a visit most days Even if the gorgeous Pip isn?t working !Thank you ??

This place will hold a memory. I came across it using the help of friend of mine who direct me and suggest it to me. I have my own drink that I will never forget. Share it with a person across and overseas. The place is quite and I studied as well. Very easy access

You know that feeling that you get whenever you watch an interaction between Molly Weasley and her children or Harry Potter (with the exception of when she?s disciplining Fred and George)? That is what every interaction with Pippa feels like. You immediately feel welcomed and warm and you immediately love her and hope that she has the best life ever because she deserves it.
