There are three transactions on the mobile app on 25th October that I don?t recognise. Please could you reverse them as it would not let me cancel them for some reason? I have already messaged you both in the website and on Facebook with zero response.
The obvious lack of security on the mobile app is a little concerning.
Emailed and messaged over a week ago and no response.
