*Disappointing Experience with Carlton GT4 Shuttles from Sports Direct*
I recently purchased 24 Carlton GT4 shuttles from Sports Direct for £34. Unfortunately, I've been extremely disappointed with the product's quality. Despite my enthusiasm for the item, it hasn't met my expectations.
The shuttles didn't perform well, and I'm unhappy with the overall quality. I reached out to Sports Direct's customer support for clarification and potential returns, but the experience was underwhelming. The support team didn't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction as much as I would have liked.
Given the issues I've faced, I'd caution others to carefully consider their purchase. While the price point might seem attractive, the product's quality and customer support might not be up to par.
*Recommendation:* If you're looking for reliable shuttles, you might want to explore other options with better customer support and product quality.

I always shop at Sports Direct Wythenshawe and I want to say a massive thank you to Steph for looking after us, she is a great asset and had a lot of patience.
Also the girl from Iran which name I do not know, she is very polite and helpful.
Both showed great customer service and hospitality skills, thank you!??

Very bad customer service in the shoe department.the guy half sleeping.not replying kindly.looks like it?s a disturb to the boy when I asked to check availability of the size of shoes.
when complained to manager he is not happy about the complaint and he is rude than all.

While purchasing one of the product was damaged and when I showed to the staff who is the manager there was arrogant and blamed me who damaged product.. I said they could check the camera if did any wrong they could find.. The manager who was so rude to the customer

Very rude staff, especially the manager who?s eating gutka (pan) inside the shop and talk to the customers very unprofessionally. I am a NHS employee and I used to get 10% discount from all the sports direct outlets with the blue light card. When I asked him about that, he started to yell at me by saying ?your NHS is dying, you guys only want discounts, no service. People have to wait for hours in NHS.? I am like, what the hell this guys is telling all this to me? This is really shameful for a brand like sports direct.

Worst shop in wythenshawe!! Especially the assistant manager kes who thinks he is the manager. He was very rude and aggressive. He was an old employee at jd sports but was sacked due to stealing a large amount of cash. The article can be found on google. How they trust him in that place I do not know. Such a horrible person!!!

They would not let me return an item saying it was exchange only despite the fact that their policy on their website is different. Do not buy from here. Rude member of staff.

Good range of sports wear & out door clothing. Lost a star due to staff members bad attitude when asked where boys sock were. Maybe having a bad day but don't take it out on other people
