First visit to buy running shoes, no staff in the area, left without buying. Then on second attempt to buy, still no staff even when calls went out. Five other customers waiting too.
Store should look at additional staff options.

Went into store today to get my son football boots. The member of staff assisting was called Cameron and at one point had at least 6 or 7 people all trying to get correct sizes. Cameron was able to help every single person and at no point did I feel like I was left waiting, he remained polite and professional at all times. Spoken to store manager and found out he was new but had conducted himself like he had been there for years . This young man is a credit to the company. Well done Cameron.

Had a really positive experience here recently. Went in to buy some trainers as I have recently started a bootcamp and had no idea what to look for. I had some standard running trainers in mind but after chatting with a male employee about what I actually needed them for he directed me towards a pair of Nike Airmax Alphas trainers and so far they've been great! Sadly I didn't get his name, but from what he said he was late 30s/early 40s, has short ginger hair, and a tattoo on his left(?) calf. A big help and he was more than happy to spend a decent amount of time to help me get what was right for me!

Earlier on today, I visited this branch to look for a pair of trainers and I was appalled by the rudeness of the staff here. I very politely said, "excuse me," to a member of staff and wanted to ask him to where the ASICS trainers were. Two members of staff were midway through a conversation when I said this and one of them very abruptly replied with, "just give us a minute, mate," and then walked off.
I understand that staff can have moments were they are busier than others and it can be stressful to deal with multiple queries at once. However, there are ways of saying things and dealing with customers. The member of staff in question had a sour and obnoxious tone when he spoke to me.
This shouldn't be a point for a potential customer to raise (or anyone for that matter), but your staff need some intensive training in manners and how to speak to customers in the correct manner.
