Exceptional?..this store thoroughly deserves the 5 stars given?.i feel full recognition should be given to the staff that dealt with my appointment today. GILLIAN,HELEN and the optom NASIA. From walking through the door to leaving their customer service was to an exceptionally high standard. The store was clean and airy?not like normal independents?.Greeted as soon as i walked in with a smile and informed i will be seen as soon as the optom finishes her current appointment. Said i was free to browse the wide range of frames and given excellent feedback on what suited and what didnt. I work in customer service for a very reputable company and have never found customer service like this before wherever i have been.When it was time for my appointment the optom NASIA greeted me with a smile and put me at ease straight away. NASIA was thoroughly professional throughout. Obviously very knowledgeable and was very patient with my questions. I asked if she would advise a frame for vari focals and she helped me choose and gave her honest expert opinion?.this optom is one of the most professional i have been to. I will definatly be recommending this branch and this optom to friends and family.

I managed to break my last pair of glasses, and needed a new pair before going away on a trip. My lovely wife googled 'next day glasses' and Specscart came up. We booked an appointment for Sunday the 17th December.When we arrived I explained the problem and whether it would be possible to get a new pair of glasses before Christmas. My expectations were managed perfectly, and while they would do everything they could, it would depend on numerous factors.The eye test followed and in all my years of having my eyes tested, this was the most informative experience I've had. I learned more about my eyes' conditions in that 20 minutes than in the last 20 years.This is a local optician and they have a lab in Bury. As a result they were able to call them up on the same day, establish that the lenses I needed were in stock, and that they could expedite fitting the lenses to my chosen frames. Gill, the person helping, even said she was working in Bury the following day, and would bring them back to Urmston on Tuesday for me.Come Tuesday I picked the glasses up. Everyone in that store bent over backwards to help. They were exceptional. Not only that, but these were not extortionate hight street prices, all of this was done at a remarkable price.So if you want to shop locally, support your local business and enjoy amazing service and expertise, this is the opticians for you!20 December 2023

Great shop and huge range of glasses and great prices. Staff very helpful and great service and reasonable prices especially for variofocals. This is my second pair of glasses and wouldn't use anyone else as great selection of frames and reasonably priced.

Customer service is 1st class.Having spent a fortune on glasses from America, etc., for a complete artificial light aversion = these are by far the best!Have been able to access shops/bank, etc. for the first time in forever.Love both pairs of glasses.Thank You. ?

If you are looking for new glasses give Specscart a try. They were recommended to me and I have not been disappointed. Good selection of frames at reasonable prices and the customer service in store in Urmston from Helen was first class.

Excellent service would highly recommend dropped old glasses Friday, ordered same day and arrived Monday even with some order alterations. Will never buy glasses on the high street again.
