Good staff, thorough test. Optician explained everything talked through results. Didn't feel rushed even though its busy at the weekend and staff helping you choose and ordering glasses went through all options. Buy one get one free offer is great.

Trauma informed/neurospicy aware staff - perfect for me as a burnt out auDHD adult with extreme light sensitivity issues. Took my communication needs statement seriously and made my visit empowering, engaging and funny. I was allowed to complete my meltdown in the waiting room without interruption - I needed it! Took the time to investigate ordering more specialist and custom made eyeware for me.

Brilliant store and team. I have been using them for years. Always caring and very professional. Sorted my cataracts within 6 weeks for both - with Spa Medical on NHS - all done and dusted very quickly. Great aftercare too. When my glasses broke they immediately repaired at no cost. My optician Avril was superb. I recommend the store to all my friends.
