An extremely good experience from start to finish. I was greeted at the door, asked various questions re my visit in a very friendly, professional way. The waiting time was short, I was offered a free audio check before my eye examination. The optician Miriam was very professional and friendly, answering my questions thoroughly. Nosh assisted my selection of new frames, recommending a suitable size and fit. She took notice of how I wear and use my glasses and took the measurements several times to ensure a good fit. Again, a very helpful, warm and friendly person.

Was referred here by my doctor for hearing aids and fitted with them by Summer who was most helpful in every way possible answering all my questions in a polite friendly positive way.
I cannot recommend them or Summer highly enough.
Also after two weeks with my new hearing aids I received a lovely courtesy call from Specsavers asking how everything was working out with my new hearing aids and telling me should there be ANY problem with them to go in at any time for things to be rectified. ?????
Five star service thank you Specsavers for a fantastic service and great staff.
