I recently visited Specsavers and was disappointed with the overall service. The staff's approach felt rushed and lacked genuine effort in understanding my personal situation. It seemed as if it was the end of the day, and they were eager to conclude the appointment quickly.To make matters worse, my contact lenses were forgotten to be ordered. As a result, I've been waiting for over two weeks for a single daily contact lens. This oversight has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.I hope Specsavers can address these issues, focusing on improving customer service and ensuring thorough attention to each customer's needs. Clearer communication and attention to detail would greatly enhance the overall experience for customers like myself.

unfortunately you are offering me a terrible service, and for a month and 10 days you have not delivered my glasses to me, causing further inconvenience to my sight, I will call you now I went in person for a reminder but nothing, tell me that you will take care of it as soon as possible but without results. I'm really saddened.

Staff is not what is used to be. The new staff are not as thorough as the old ones. The new guy rushed me out the door without my tests being complete. A girl called me back within the hour. It was inconvenient to drive back when almost home. I am disabled so it was a bit inconvenience. *****update 5 years later, january 2024, the girl at the desk who confirmed twice that she had booked both sight and contact lens check, sadly I was told by the optometrist that only eyeglass sight test has been booked, but he was amazing he ordered me contacts to try, I called and made appointment, the guy didn't ask this ttime if I would be alright to go upstairs with the wheelchair or my crutches. On the appointment day I waited over an hour to be realised that I still haven't been seen. I was told if I can wait a bit more I can be seen downstairs, I said its fine and made my way up and that scary walk down, but I had loads of support to make sure no incidents happened. Optometrist are amazing here.******Another update, 6th February 2024, another bad experience. I did call and say I'll be there on Tuesday to pick up. I wasn't advised that the front will be blocked and painters will be painted. I've been calling and constantly going to voicemail that someone will call back within 24 hours. This IS NOT A DISABLED FRIENDLY STORE **** IM DISAPPOINTED AGAIN.

Would not recommend this place at all. You leave voicemails after voicemails and they don?t call you back. I?ve never once had a call back. I had to physically attend the shop to get anything sorted out. Which can I add isn?t yet resolved over two months down the line. I was left with my old prescription monthly lenses for two months because the contact lense coordinator didn?t order my new ones. There?s no communication, really frustrated with how I have been treated here.
