I had a fantastic experience at Specsavers Fallowfield! The shop was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Dev, the gentleman who conducted my eye test, stood out for his exceptional care and attention. He listened attentively to my concerns and made me feel valued. Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed and would highly recommend Specsavers Fallowfield to anyone in need of eye care services.

I am so happy that I decided to choose this specsavers for my recent eye test and new glasses.
We were very lucky and got an appointment the very same day.
As soon as we opened the door the place just had a wonderful atmosphere and the staff greeted us straight away with smiles and friendly faces.
We didn?t wait too long to be seen, there is also an upstairs, so it?s bigger than you think, if you can?t manage stairs it?s ok as everything can be done downstairs.
The optician I saw was fantastic, she was very, very thorough and checked everything, my pressure was slightly elevated so she made sure to repeat the test with another, more precise test and the original test again, I was reassured everything was fine.
I can tell you now, after visiting different opticians a lot in my life, these opticians, at this store, are not out to just sell you new glasses, far from it.
I was so impressed by this store.
My son was also with me for eye tests and new glasses and they were fantastic for him, they sorted out a problem he had with the pressure spot on his nose from wearing glasses all his adult life, no other store, or opticians we have visited could be bothered to address this problem. He has been wearing them for over a week now and the difference is amazing, we think the wonderful lady who helped him choose new glasses has actually fixed this problem, so just that is amazing.
The staff here are so experienced and knowledgeable, it stands out a mile. They go above and beyond to help you and it?s a breath of fresh air.
Looking for new frames was a treat, the choices are fantastic and the prices are amazing, I haven?t seen choices of frames like this anywhere.
I am so happy that this team of wonderful people are our new opticians and I recommend them highly.

I had a very good experience at Specsavers. The man who carried out my eye test was incredibly helpful, he took the time to explain everything clearly and was very patient and polite throughout. Another staff member, Hibah, was also lovely, very nice and polite. Great customer service all around.

I went to them and bought sunglasses, saying I only wanted the lenses changed to match my prescription. After waiting a month, every time I called, they stalled and procrastinated, saying it would be ready in a couple of days, until a whole month passed! The shock was that they returned my glasses broken, and the employee tried to deceive me by not showing the damage and letting me leave. Halfway home, I felt the glasses were crooked, and upon closer inspection, I saw they were clearly broken, which was likely the reason for the delay! Why didn?t they tell me from the start, and why did they give me broken glasses and let me go? Is this deception? Their service was also terrible?they told me to pay ten pounds for a checkup with a new, precise device, but it was the same usual device, and they didn?t find anything extraordinary with my eyes! Please don?t trust them; they clearly deceive people. We should avoid those who only care about money and not about people!
