I have visited this branch of Specsavers a number of times and always been happy with the service, support and glasses choices etc, unfortunately on this occasion, the glasses I chose were not suitable (too much glare on the inside of the glasses), I didn?t need to worry as I returned to the store a week after collecting and was supported by Janet (The dispensing manager). Janet had returned to the store with her lunch which she abandoned to help me.
Janet explained that Specsavers offered a no quibble 100 day returns service and advised the options available to me and as a result, I have a replacement pair arriving in two weeks.
Janet is one of my favourite members of the team, very knowledgeable and supportive.

Walked into store to be welcome by a lovely lady didn?t catch her name and she went up and beyond to help me I went for my eye test at a different specsavers so she gave them a ring to get my prescription and then helped me pick my glasses I was seen really quickly and my glasses were ordered I?ve collected them today and there amazing I?m really happy with them and can?t thank them enough ?

My mum told me today she went to the store to look at glasses and an awful fire alarm went off, she said the store manager laura took care of her and everyone so well. My mum wants to pass her thanks on to laura, thank you for taking care of my mum and everyone else. She said she was so calm and kind, thank you for taking care of my mum. She wanted me to pass on her thanks, thank you so much! A real credit to the store! Take care! x

I hadn?t previously associated Specsavers with outstanding customer service, but they were excellent. I visited for an eye test and a new prescription, and the team were efficient, knowledgeable, and offered helpful solutions without any pushy sales tactics. I left genuinely impressed ? thank you to the whole team.

This branch is an absolute joke! They took your money but there's no record of your order! I've got bank transactions as proof of purchase, but they still want to investigate before I can get my money back! So if you decide to order from this branch, just know that you might pay and end up with nothing, losing your money in the process.

Walked in the store to look at some new sunglasses and was dealt with first my Beth who was incredibly lovely and she pointed me in the right direction to a member who could helped further. The other staff member, forgot the name, was also great but Beth did check up on me before I left and asked if all was good. Very appreciative and will be coming again. Thanks to Beth and the team
