All the staff are extremely helpful and polite, starting from receptionist to optometrist. They listen to you and try to help you. Also, very reasonable charges compared to other competitors

Great work, job done correctly and with interest for the patient, and I felt really welcome but it really feels like an industry. You can feel the small pressure for buying something when you leave the place. Other than that, the team is really kind and professional

It appeared to be a well-organized and adequately staffed optician service. Although the experience felt somewhat rushed as I moved from one room to another, I appreciated the attentive care I received.

Shauna helped me today with my contact lenses. She was extremely professional and easy to talk to. I feel that she went above and beyond in helping with my issue. She made the experience enjoyable and I would come back based off of the service she provided. There was also a female on the rear reception with a septum piercing who originally made the enquiry with Shauna who I also felt gave excellent service and without her exploring the options, my issue probably would not have been resolved. Thanks team!

I went to Specsavers for the first time and was really impressed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the optometrist explained everything clearly during my eye test. There was a good choice of frames to suit different budgets. Overall, it was a smooth, professional experience that left me feeling confident about going back in the future.

Amazing experience for the eye test and picking up my glasses. However, the lady who helped me with picking and paying for the glasses was pretty rude and looked like she'd rather be anywhere else.
