Today I walked into a Space NK for the first time ever. Recently had many makeup consults and colour matches, mother of the bride to be and with a dress that?s a bold colour challenge to match so had many ideas about what I liked and what I didn?t! Can honestly say I had the best makeup experience ever. Was met in the best way, with the best greeting, the best smile and came out with the best colour balance and feel of makeup I think I?ve ever had! For me just now that?s so important. I was made to feel special, Ryan listened to my likes?and my makeup fears and worked totally with these. Not only have I makeup that will make me feel my best and special for one day but also a new pathway ahead. Thank you Ryan, your care, attention and passion shone from the start. You so clearly loved what you do and passed it onto me! Appreciated.

Poor, took ages to get help as two staff were talking to each other and ignoring me. Didn?t have the product I wanted in stock. Offered no alternatives, didn?t offer to have it delivered to my address. Doubt I?ll bother visiting the store again. Not a premium experience at all.
