I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional service we received from Jenny at this store.
We recently had a ski boot fitting and purchased a pair of ski boots that were out of stock here and needed to be sent from another Snow + Rock store. After a week, the boots had not arrived. Jenny went above and beyond to track them down and ensure they reached us. Her dedication and persistence were truly commendable, especially given the multiple hurdles she encountered.
We are very appreciative of Jenny's efforts in resolving this issue and ensuring we finally received our boots. She is a true asset to your team.

Very bad customer service experience. The coloured lady at the counter was very rude. Went in to collect an online order. No one else in the store except another staff member. Asked if I could be served to collect the order and she rolled her eyes at me as I was interrupting her having a chat with her colleague. No wonder the store had no customers. Down right rude and her body language gave the impression she didnt want to serve me. I did eventually collect my order but she did take a long time locating it and didnt even acknowledge or say thank you and just left my order on the till and walked off back to her colleague. Think I will take my custom elsewhere next time. Absolutely disgusting service and judging by the other complaints I'm not the 1st person to complain as well

Wanted to pop in and buy ski boots. Knew the exact pair and exact size wanted. Was told wouldn?t be able to do that without an appointment (which costs £50). Staff were all uninterested in helping and instead of helping we?re just stood around talking about other customers . Would not recommend and will be taking my money elsewhere

My partner and I came in with full intention of purchasing ski boots. Upon arrival, there were two customers being seen to for boots so we waited for the sales person, who eventually came over. They seemed reluctant, unwelcoming and made us feel like an inconvenience because we didn?t book an appointment and walk-ins were not an option. We knew full well that walk-ins were possible (based on friends purchasing) and double checked this with staff downstairs, who seemed unaware of the process, ski kit and frankly unbothered if we purchased or not. The issue is not being told no, it is the poor attitude and customer service that makes you take your business elsewhere.

Excellent customer service from Jen and Lee, very happy with my boots, despite a few difficulties in ordering me some size 13s. They were very friendly and helpful, and Lee took the time to explain what was best for me
I would suggest to Snow + Rock that you could improve your ordering system, I was a little disappointed that I had to purchase 2 pairs of boots to have them sent to the store, rather than the store being able to order in stock, and would suggest this for an improvement.
Otherwise I am very pleased eith the service and product

I had an appointment yesterday with Lee for a ski boot fitting. He was so fabulous, knowledgeable and patient.
He answered my many questions and I walked away very happy with a new pair of boots and some socks.

Best place ever , I went there for a holiday and now I go every year. The instructors always give you a cheeky extra few minutes of your session and staff are all kind and the shops have everything you need for snow and beyond, it?s a amazing experience and I love it so much I recommend it so much to you as the slopes are so beautiful and fun to go down plus the food is always so fresh and delicious!!Make sure you have this on your bucket list!!!!!!!!!

I usually disregard a lot of negative Google reviews, as it?s much more common for people to leave bad reviews. However, in this case, these negative reviews are spot on and completely reflect my experience. Very disappointing boot fitting?avoid at all costs.
I was booked in for my first boot fitting. After several trips away, it was time to invest in some good boots and skis. Unfortunately, the staff were very unwelcoming, unhelpful, and displayed poor attitudes. I have never before been made to feel like such an inconvenience.
After trying on two different pairs of boots, I was told I needed custom insoles. However, they couldn?t provide these on the day and said I would need to come back, which was of no use to me.
I would not return here purely based on how the staff treated me. I also noticed two other customers approaching the staff to complain about their boot fittings not being right. While I do not know the full story, it didn?t inspire confidence in the staff.

Great selection but zero help despite asking for assistance the poor guy from reception had to help in the end . He was good but over all will not go here again.

If you want to be made to feel like you're a massive inconvenience, then visit this shop. They do this really well here. I was looking to buy some new ski boots and wanted to understand their process with regards to fitting. With a sigh I was told I couldn't try anything on today. That's it, no explanation. Just not today. We popped in the shop across from this one and spoke to an extremely helpful guy.

Popped in with full intention of buying some ski boots on a quiet afternoon, we were the only customers in the shop and 2/3 staff not doing anything, got told they were fully booked with appointments so couldn't help today, I needed to go away and book an appointment at the cost of £50. If I bought something that would be discounted from my purchase, if they didn't have anything that suited me, it's non refundable.... I've found difficulty finding a good fit in the past so don't think I'll bother.
The staff seemed sound enough, bad way to run a business though.

TLDR- made excuses for cancelling 3 appointments day before, going somewhere else now as they clearly don't want my business ??
Booked for a ski boot fitting for it to be cancelled the day before, bit annoying as I'd already travelled over 2 hours the day previous. Reason for cancelling was due to the fitter being ill which is fair enough (however they told me he'd definitely be in the following days). Rebooked for a week later only to be given the same excuse, twice.

I visited to see if they had any interesting items. Managed to find some excellent north face fleeces on sale. It is very ski focused because of there being an indoor ski here.
Also, I tried speaking with some employees for some assistance in store and it felt like I was interrupting their conversations, makes it a little difficult to get any help of you need it.
We tried their gait analysis at the Runners need upstairs which was a good experience, the employee seemed to know a lot about running and offered lots of advice. Just a slight stock issue, most of the choices we liked weren?t in stock, just something to bear in mind.
