Popped in today on the off chance as spec savers can't seem to adjust my sunglasses! ? The service and general approach was a perfect example of great customer experience.. The lady who served me (didn't catch her name, but she did say best things come in small packages ?) was so helpful, knowledgeable and after she'd sorted them, wouldn't take a penny from me ? ? 5*. Being Monton based it's so convenient to use Smiths Opticians, but more than that, the customer service exuded by all the staff that work there is excellent. I recently booked to get my children's eyes tested for the first time and the Optician was absolutely brilliant with them as they were both a bit nervous. When it came to one of my kids needing glasses, the Optician was very reassuring and gave lots of advice on minimising the impact of worsening eyesight. There were lots of stylish and affordable designs for my son to choose and they were ordered, delivered and fitted within a few days. It's great that we are able to drop in after school for check ups and follow ups with the branch within walking distance! Thank you all at Smiths Opticians!

Very friendly staff and great service. I took a pair of glasses in that had accidentally been bent, not from Smiths and Joanne was more than happy to help me fix them. I'll be returning again for my next eye test.

Really friendly staff who genuinely care about their customers. Both Joanne and Jayne, along with the optician were happy to chat and answer any questions. The premises have had a recent upgrade and are as good as any of the big high street opticians. I would recommend to anyone to keep it local and visit your friendly high street optician!
