Pub grub. Slow service. Told to move tables because it was reserved, but the reserved sign wasn't clear at all. Fine once moved, but could have been a lot clearer.

Staff just stand around talking when the whole place is full of tables of empty glasses and plates. The table next to us asked for their glasses to be cleared only to be told "I'll be back in a minute". The guy never came back.

Loud, bad customer base and rude/lazy staff. Staff don't seem to care about customers harassing eachother, bar tender called me cheap for cashing in a free cocktail with a MIXR deal. Same vibe as wetherspoons if they sold cocktails for 4× the price.

Unfortunately it took about 20-25 minutes to get our drinks which were ordered on the app. Wasn't a busy evening either, about 12 people across 5 tables including us. Zombie cocktail was nice but wasn't very strong as expected with this drink

Visiting from Scotland for new year celebrations and my wife booked this place for food and drinks.
Arrived at 8pm to find little to nothing on the menu and that a £7 per head booking fee only covered 1/ head unnamed spirit and mixer. I didn?t want the house spirit, so my wife was going to have them both. Unknown to us both spirits were served as a double, very unprofessional serving doubles without informing the customer.
The place had zero atmosphere and charm, quickly finished our overpriced drinks and left.
Could only give the one star as zero stars were not an option?
