Pathetic service. I took some shoes to be repaired 3 times I was told to cone back to collect them and every time they weren't ready. So I just give up. They made sure I paid first though.

Absolute joke. Took my daughters school shoes to have the buckle replaced on 16/11. Told they'd be done for 19/11. Arrived to find they'd lost one? So one guy goes to look in his car for it. Meanwhile other guy explains its fixed new buckle been stiched etc. Guy 1 comes back found shoe but actually hasn't been repaired? An won't be done before Tuesday. Joke. Having to buy new school shoes now.

I took two pairs of tatty boots. They look great now. New heels and a good polish. I had changed shifts and went a couple of days earlier to see if i could collect. Shoe doctor finished the job there and then, saving me another trip. Will definitely use again. Better value and better service than Timpson.

Disgraceful attitude from the person working here, fitted the wrong battery to my watch and told me i'd have to pay extra for the right one without the possibility of a refund.

I was looking to have a car key cut and replaced. After looking in the usual places ie Timpsons I came across Shoe Doctor. Couldn't fault it. Friendly service, the part they needed came later that day, stayed later so I could collect my key as I left work late and well priced. Will be definitely visiting again. 10/10
