Im a regular customer as i live in neighbourhood and today it made me to write this harsh comment which i didn?t want to write but the staff and management of the shell made me to write that ? NOT ONLY the service of staff is so poor but they always are busy with their phones and NEVER CARE IF A CUSTOMER CAME OR WENT?
They just take money and keep talking without the eye contact and engagement with customers.
It makes the customer so disrespectful.
Plus they USUALLY DONT HAVE GLOVES AND TOILET ROLLS IN THE WASHROOM.
Just disgusting customer service!

Dear Shell Petrol Station Team,
I recently fueled my car with £13 worth of petrol, but my card was charged £93. I've tried calling the station, but the number seems to be switched off.

I didn't really have much interactions with the cashier so I can't speak on the customer service but whenever I had to pay for the fuel it was quick and easy.
The main reason for the review is their jet wash and vacuum as its so convenient to have when the car is just a bit dirty. I paid around £8 to wash the outside and vacuum the inside which could have easily been £15 if done by a car wash so I would definitely recommend using that.

I recently visited this Shell station and unfortunately had a negative experience. One of the employees, an Indian worker, was quite rude and unhelpful during my visit. I came in with a simple request, but the response I received was dismissive and unfriendly.
Customer service can make or break a business, and I hope that this feedback encourages better training and communication among the staff. Everyone deserves a pleasant experience when they stop by, and I look forward to seeing improvements during my next visit.

I came into Shell around 3:30pm on 15.03 to send back a parcel as this was listed as one of the FedEx drop off points. The new girl who was an angel by the way said that it was her first day she had just started around 3pm and her manager had left her to go to the post office and he would be back in an hour. I went to the shops and whatnot and came back around 430pm but he wasn't back yet. I then was stood waiting for him for an hour extra as the poor girl struggled to do orders and was shouted abuse at by one of the Uber drivers which made her cry. The manager then finally returned after leaving her alone for nearly 3 hours at this point. He said they aren't currently doing the FedEx drop off point but they haven't actually said anything on the website which still says they're the closest drop off point to me. I was quite literally gob smacked, jaw open and all, and that was it. That was an hour and a bit of my life wasted because a manager was negligent to look after his new starter on her very first day. If you have to run out to the post office make sure you have properly trained her first or that somebody else is on with her as there were numerous unhappy customers due to stuff only the manager could do. I will be reporting this to FedEx and up above. Furious was the understatement after I'd been so patient waiting unlike everyone else.
