Could do with better signage showing which pumps sell which fuel. Nearly tanked my work vehicle with premium until I noticed it on the pump itself. £10 of my own cash into it.

Went to this garage today 15/06/25 to put some air in my tyres,I put £1 into the machine and found out the tip of the air pump was damaged,i then went into the shop to tell the staff member what just happened,asked him for my £1 refund and was surprised by his answer,NO refund he said,i then told him why wasn't a notice on the air machine saying out of order,he gave me no answer. Worse customer service i have ever come across in my life. AVOID!!!

Terrible station
They will not let any customers use the toilet.
Previously, a few years ago it was good, they would let you use toilet as it is located outside in a standalone room.
Won't be stopping here again

Hassan is the guy who treat us very badly we asked for stella beer 10 pack and 2 corona 4 pack it was around 30 pound something we thought it was heavy for us and asked him remove 1 corona beer 4 pack but in return he was asking pay first for stella then he will serve next one itseems
It was very rude we can both at a time but why he is asking to pay is first for that I don't know.
The way is talking is very rude

Used the station tonight(29th Feb '24) about 18:30,pulled what I thought was 1 plastic glove from a dispenser unit (near V power Deisel),but three came out due to glove being tight to pull out,I used 1 and put the other 2 in my pocket.When i went to pay I was accused of stealing in his words,:-A LOAD OF GLOVES AND DON'T DO IT AGAIN in front of 6 customers,I told him I had 2 which I could not return to the dispenser and showed him,CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VILE,never have I been spoken to like this,HUMILIATED IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS,AFTER SPENDING £55,employees here needs retraining in HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS CORRECTLY,I work for THE N.H.S.AND I WOULD NEVER SPEAK TO PEOPLE THE WAY I SPOKEN TO.

They will not let any customers use the toilet even disabled customers - despite the toilet itself being located outside the shop rather than inside. The staff member said its out of order and when I said you've had that sign up for a month he changed story and said we don't allow customers to use toilet in evenings?This is very poor service from Shell, I will try to avoid shell and use other stations now

Be carefull at pomp 3 it say "fuel save" but the price is for V Power ,no sign to advise what you put in your fuel tank .
