This is a good all-around building depot. Largley trade account. It also has a cafe.. You can purchase sand ,fencing, drainage, electric goods, and fittings. Sheet materials plumbing fixtures and fittings. Wood and wood presevers wall tiles. You may get what is meant by good all-around building depot.David M.

Builders yard with pretty much all you'll need in the trade..
Wouldn't let me use a plug socket though to allow me to use my own extention lead + electric saw so I could trim down 30 odd lengths of timber decking in order to safely transport them.. said it's a 'health & safety' concern so offered me the use of their hand saw! Needless to say they lost the sale that morning and cost me a considerable amount of time which got my back up..
Another visit I purchased a yard brush - used it for the third time & the handle snapped - quite a farce to exchange it as they blamed my sweeping and wear & tear.. I wasn't happy at that £8 for a yard brush - spent a lot of money in there and they would only sell me a replacement brush. Ok, they proved their point as I allowed them to sell me a replacement - allbeit for a penny! Otherwise pretty helpful though.
Update : sales staff are freindly & helpful, just the manager that's not great..
