I got to admit this branch become my favourite one, A lot of friendly faces and happy to help stuff even if they were interrupted in the middle of their tasks.

Absolutely terrible service. This is by far the worst experience I?ve ever had with Selco. The staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and downright dishonest. I was given conflicting information multiple times, and no one seemed to take responsibility for anything. Trying to get clear answers or support was a complete nightmare. The customer service is non-existent ? it?s like they go out of their way to make things difficult. If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. Avoid at all costs!!

Michelle W just did an amazing job. i needed my order for tomorrow but the online store assigned them and couldn't deliver till next week. Instead of getting refunded she called around and organised from another branch to deliver tomorrow. Thank you you are amazing. Give her a raise
