I came into store today after booking a collection online. My experience was great. I was served quickly by a member of staff who was brilliant! I ordered Post Crete and it was heavy so, having a leg injury, I asked would someone please carry it to my car. They immediately said they would! They were great to chat to in thw process, asked me how I was with my injury, etc. Great member of staff and very professional, fast service. I'll have to pop in more!

Staff in here are the best. You need to arrive pre ordered or with codes ready to go. It?s not B&Q where you can browse. Know what you need and don?t hold other people up

I wanted some gate hinges, the girl just pushed a catalogue towards me and told me the section to look in, without my reading glasses I was struggling, I did ask specifically for 300mm tee hinges. This was obviously too much trouble for them. I sat in my car using my phone to search and found Screwfix to be much cheaper and they are on the same car park. They couldn't believe how toolstation didn't try to help me. Saturday afternoon and very quiet. Just lazy staff I think.
