I popped in to get some screws for a mirror. The guy at the checkout was very unhelpful and not willing to help. You are a hardware store and you couldn?t help me with simple screws.

Awful service ever since the tablet system has been introduced. Turned the staff into jobsworths.
Tell the counter you've ordered from the tablet you may just confuse them.
Good for click and collect but don't expect any help or advice in finding what you need.
