Pretty unprofessional behaviour from some of the staff in here today. Ask a straight forward, reasonable question about a product then staff members sniggering between themselves before you?ve even walked off after purchase? presumably because you didn?t already know the answer. Not exactly the way to make you feel appreciated as a customer who was actually polite throughout. Not impressed, a lot of work coming up a if I can, I?ll definitely take my money elsewhere.

We use Screwfix everyday and the staff are fantastic.Simon and Katy Leigh in particular have been helping us out on every visit.The manager Dean is also a very good manager at this store very helpful and a good guy recommended this store highly

Apparently I can?t buy miter bond glue if I have young person with me !! ,, what a nonsense reason for trying not to service us ,, I?m 41 years old kitchen installer and my apprentice is 22 years old and I?ve been shopping from the same branch for many years , you have made us looks really bad therefore I will never step foot in your place again.

The guy working at the counter today (Thursday 6th July /2023.. was very arrogant and rude .. I asked him for some bolts and he just pointed at the tablets and walked away I tried to talk to him and he never answered.

Very unhelpful staff, despite paying for my items online and coming to the store, the staff said a confirmation hadn?t come through and refused to offer any sort of assistance.Will never go to this branch again.

The old gentleman with glasses was very rude and argumentative when I went to exchange a product as I was given the wrong one, just a straight swap, tried to argue that he didn't give me the wrong one and that he wont have it back because I opened it, his attitude stunk, the other lad that took over the return wasn't much better, was making a point about putting it through as damaged and making a thing about it being up to him if he wanted to do it for me and if he felt like doing it, get a grip, you don't own the company you work on the tills.
