I was served by the lovely Hannah on Saturday 23rd August (yesterday) she was so attentive and friendly her service was absolutely wonderful, she?s such a kind soul .
I appreciate all the help she gave me I really do hope she gets the recognition she deserves from the company as I believe individuals like Hannah will go really far in life as well as her job :)))

I visited yesterday on my quest for Chunky Boston Birkenstock for my wife's birthday and unfortunately they didn't have them however 2 of your ladies really helped me out finding a suitable alternative which I was very happy about.

?? Very disappointing experience ? beware before buying!
I purchased a pair of boots from this store and was told by the staff that the item would be delivered to my home the next day. The boots never arrived.
I followed up multiple times via email and even visited the store again in person, but was ignored or passed around with no real help. Over a year later, I was finally given a UPS tracking number ? which UPS has since confirmed does not exist in their system. In other words, the item may have never been dispatched at all.
Schuh refused to take responsibility, claiming ?too much time has passed? and that they are ?unable to help.? No refund. No apology. Just constant delays and blame-shifting to the courier.
Please be careful:
? Double-check your purchase and make sure you receive real proof of shipping
? Don?t expect any follow-up or accountability if something goes wrong
? Once time passes, they will use that as an excuse to avoid resolving your issue
This experience has destroyed my trust in the brand. I hope this helps others avoid the same mistake.

No Birkenstock

At around 7 PM, I asked the staff what time they closed. A man told me they closed at 8:30. When I returned at 8 PM, the door wasn?t locked. Then a woman named Charlotte approached me with a very bad attitude. She said, ?I locked the door. Why were you able to come in?? and claimed they hadn?t locked the door.
Google shows their closing time as 9 PM. I told her that the man earlier said they closed at 8:30, and I just wanted to buy a pair of shoes. However, her attitude was awful. She replied, ?Say whatever you want, I?m not the manager.?
To the management: employees like this shouldn?t be kept. They?re turning away business. Just fire them!
I felt there was a discriminatory attitude.
At 8:30, I went to the JD next door. Their attitude was fantastic, and they greeted me with friendly smiles and were happy to help. I?m paying to buy shoes, not to put up with your miserable attitude.

I recently went to the store for purchasing pair of footwear after try couple of pairs the staff started to show rude attitude and eye rolling behaviour she literally make me feel so uncomfortable .i made a purchase from and what i received is both are different pair and not the size with i ordered . Worst experience ever i had in my life time
