Went into Santander today hoping to have a small issue sorted. Ie change my busi Ness phone number. The girl tried one way but this did not work. Then another way tried and this didn't work.
A phone call to another branch and another way tried. Then a phone call to head office and they tried a few more things
But still not working. The system will not take my new number.
So after 40 mins and a great number of staff trying to fix it. Lots and lots of apologies. They finally had to give in and close my account down and then reinstall it. Lol But many many thanks to everyone at Santander Urmston .

We visited the Urmston branch(M41 5AS) feeling disheartened due to scammers,but Ms. Rebecca was incredibly helpful and provided us with the right information.She not only saved our money but also our day.We have never encountered someone as helpful as Ms.Rebecca.Thank you so much for everything you have done for us. We highly recommend this excellent bank with it's helpful staff..

one of the young employee's deleted my bond account and put all my savings into my current account when i only wanted to mature the bond account and keep it the same also i got no intrest from the 2 years had it and they wanted me to come back to the store in 2 weeks time to open another bond account> i have changed banks because of this STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK

Called in to deposit some cash but there was a slight queue! However, a friendly staff member welcomed us and asked if she could be of assistance? We explained what we needed to do ? She said she'd show us how to use the " Cashpoint Machine" to make a deposit! Simple and straight forward procedure. Unfortunately we didn't catch her name but she was extremely helpful and saved us quite a bit of time in not needing to queue up ! Thanks Santander branch, Urmston Manchester.

Reduced opening hours and ATM's that are supposed to accept deposits but rarely do. The staff that enact these policies are like turkeys that vote for Christmas. Cos when cbdc comes all commercial banks will be gone. So no jobs for them. KEEP CASH ALIVE OR LOSE IT FOREVER
