Shocking customer service.Three times I've ordered from here now and three times they have simply refused to add everything to my order. Funny how it always seems like it's the heavy items they refuse to add ?The first time it happened, I phoned up and the manageress tried to blame the Deliveroo driver for not picking up the items. When I spoke to the driver he denied this, so I called up the store again for them to say they were out of stock. Disgraceful really.....Gave them a second chance and they refused to add the items ordered again. Today was the last straw. Won't be giving them a fourth chance!

I am a resident in the flats attached to this Sainsbury?s and love not only the convenience of it being so close but also the relationships I have built with their lovely staff over my two years of living here.Recently manager Stephen went above and beyond to get bandages from the staff first aid kit to help my boyfriend who had injured his hand.The store never feels overcrowded, is always well stocked and very kept clean / tidy. Staff are welcoming, helpful and clearly excellent at their job!

This store has shown a complete disregard for the residents of the area, continuously accepting deliveries and making commercial noise outside of the hours they are supposed to, slamming doors at 6.30am, dragging cages outdoors at 11.30pm, and on one occasion commercial cleaning from 12am-4am!They have been advised by the council and their Head Office to stop but the manager/s in this store simply do not care. We have spoken to the manager/s directly on two occasions - once they were dismissive and the next time confrontational.Such a shame as it would be a great store if they showed some respect for the people who live here.

Evening staff very unpleasant.They closed the shop 5 minutes early and even though I explained that I needed milk for my baby for the night they showed no sympathy whatsoever and denied the early closure completely.

Love the Terrance from the Grand hotel always cheerful and welcoming. Good shop even with the QPRs.Two gun Terry sussed out Mr snide with the dodgy 50s from Alabama. Top man and great shop.
