Needed my sons essential eye drops on an emergency basis, went through the 101 website and collected it within 40 minutes of initial request, the pharmacist and staff members were so kind and understanding, a fantastic chemist facility locally, 100% recommended thanks Rusholme Pharmacy!

Never have prescription in stock and always have to order in despite getting the same items prescribed regularlyover 1+ year. Leave it a couple days after seeing the Dr and go in to be told every time they don't have it in stock and need to order it in.

Rusholme Pharmacy is the best pharmacy and I highly recommend speaking to any of the staff if there are any non emergency concerns. My experiences from any staff member you speak to is they care, empathetic and will take the time to find a solution. Once I needed antibiotics for my child and could not find dose suited for age range, I spoke to Rusholme Pharmacy and they too didn?t have it at the time. However, they rang my back later that evening asking if I had received medication which I had not and found an alternative option for my child. What surprised me is they contacted me back hours later. When I went to collect the medication, another customer came into the store to thank them as she had issues with her eye sight and they advised her to go A&E regarding the symptoms and if she hadn?t the doctors told her she would have lost her eye sight. May they all be rewarded for the goodness and kindness they all share as they are a rarity. Thank you to all staff.
