Repeatedly shocking experiences with Manchester Royal Mail DO. Refused to deliver 4 parcels to my address over a period of a few months, instead opting to message saying they had attempted delivery (which they hadn't, as I was at home) and left a card (which they had not) to rearrange delivery. Rearranging delivery results in the same outcome. I have had to collect parcels in person every time. Should change jobs and work for Biffa the waste men.

Took two weeks to be notified a parcel was being held there as to big for them to handle, but it got that far???!!

Lucky if they deliver letters more frequently than twice a week. Had issues all year with lack of letters being delivered on-time. They blame it on staffing levels. My business has been severely disrupted.

The opening times should be extended on Mondays and they should be available in the weekend.

Won't get my package addressed to me with photo ID. Instead needs a piece of card that anyone could take down. Then the guy serving has the audacuty to question you when comfirming youve had packages veforwothout the card. Lazy

The team at the office are great, however when I see a parcel is coming via RM I know I will be paying them a visit as RM seem unable to leave with a neighbour? Appears easier for the delivery team to just leave a card half the time not completed correctly just a tick, pick up at local sorting office... The open times are ridiculous now, used to be 08.00-12.00 now its two hrs here & there RM are not customer focused at all

This place is the best place I have ever worked at. I should imagine it is also brill for customers who collect as there is ample free parking on surrounding streets (no double yellow lines).
