The place was dirty! The owner (not assistant) got dye on my clothes - no apology but instead INCREASED THE PRICE 3 TIMES! She had no shame whatsoever and insisted that she had given me a towel after my wash (as if a towel is not a basic requirement when washing hair?!). I returned with the clothes having seen how bad they were and demanded she clean them.There was no offer on her part! Very unprofessional!I have edited my review to add photos. You decide for yourself if this was a salon experience.....don't say you weren't warned!To the salon owner, shame on you for getting your friends to add reviews in order to comment on my review - its totally dishonest and unethical - I hope Google pick up on this!Service: Hairstyling

Please do not by Groupon on vouchers online has they will turn u away n say to buy with them directly rather then paying online. Ridiculous I been waiting for almost 3months to get booked in and she just makes excuse . why would u advertised on Groupon if u not making money!!!!

Went for Haircut and roots colour with highlights, really pleased with the service. Hair dresser Shaista is super friendly and listening to exactly what I wanted. A nice place and a good hair cut. Been coming here every 3 weeks for eyebrows since it opened. Friendly, professional and spot on service. The salon is absolutely not dirty as below review mentions. Feel this is highly unfair and should be removed as false by Google. Wonderful salon and would be lost without it!

The price is fair and service is friendly, but you do get what you pay for or maybe a little less. It?s okay if you only want a quick trim but not a style. I would think we can achieve the same cutting result by DIY ourselves at home.
