Today I have been to river island, the kids section .I have been assisted by Shaun who was absolutely fabulous, he was fast efficient and really helped me to find the specific item I looked for my daughters.He was kind , and very dedicated to his job , being very polite all time even if my toddler was not at her best behaviour. He was tidying , serving, rushing to the cashier and with a lovely smile on his face. This is the kind of employee you want to have in your team. Also he went extra mile for me as my toddler throw away her shampoo toy with stitch design, and I was happily impressed when I come back couple of hours later to the store he recognised me and said ?Let me guess you come for the stitch toy ???. Thank you very much for your kindness today. Well done. Defintely coming back to this shop as staff is always nice ??

Their staff especially at the counter very rude and sucks! You better quit working if your behaviour towards customers is completely disgusting! I've been waiting to pay, but this guy select which customer to attend. You better learn hospitality cause that shows you are stupid enough

Today have i been visited the river island ???The staff has been really really rude to me. I never see stuff like this. I?ve been asked for them. They change the underwear size for me. I bought it but I didn?t go outside the shop. I just been asked for them to change the size for me, even they didn?t change it. I never ever see stuff like this has been really really.

I love this shop if I was18 to 25 for the clothes, I go for footwear, bags as it can up date an older person's style so much, bought a gorgeous pair of sparkling sliders, 40 quid, will last me 3 years lol also fantastic range of purses, also bought one ?
The fabrics are just better than new look or H and M

Great fashion and style ideas with iconic designs.
The new season clothes are outstanding and very trendy. The faux- leather jackets and trousers are a must buy item.
They have great selection of accessories like goggles, head bands, socks, hats, belts and jewelry.
The kids section has an array of colourfully vibrant clothes.
