Great salon in chester city centre shopping precinct. I've been twice for a full head of highlights and a blow dry, will definitely be going again. Really friendly staff. Good location and reasonable prices for a city salon. Olaplex and Wella shine treatments available. Recommend booking in advance although they do take walkins if there are spaces available.

avoid if you are going to do coloring, balage, illuminage.it's not the right place.They are unpunctual, damage your hair with longer discoloration, work in a disorganized way, borrow products from another salon, they left me red, orange colors. total disappointment. shouldn't charge that much if offering mediocre service.Services: Gloss or Glaze

Salon is in need of a bit of an update and redecoration, but it?s easy to overlook that since the service is very friendly and welcoming. Great value and stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure to work with my hair instead of against it, like a lot of stylists do. Had such a lovely experience with Katie. Wash, cut, blow dry and finish, for an excellent price considering they're in the centre of town (it was roughly £35). I have had my haircut here before it was by sam and she was amazing very friendly and polite also and she was professional. I had my hair in layers for years and it very long and thick. However yesterday i came to this place for a hair cut and another lady did it and she also charged me higher and cut off a big chunk of my hair. My hair length was till my elbows and she literally cut my hair till my shoulders and blow dried it to make it look nice at the time it looked ok untill i washed it there is no layers and its proper short... i dont understand why i was charged £58.60. Thats just money side of it but i have to go out looking like this ?Service: Hairstyling

Had my hair trimmed with a fringe put in by Katie at the Chester branch. She was exceptionally professional and helped me to feel very relaxed. She listened to what I wanted and advised me on what would work best, always allowing me the option to choose if I agreed or not! I am so pleased with my haircut and how good it looks with my first ever fringe put in.
