Great if you want to turn up with a tyre problem or an easy fix job ??I booked my car in for a engine diagnostic problem Tony said bring it in and he would have a look first visitHe was very busy as usual and put the computer on told me he didn?t understand the result re set so I could use the car for work and booked it in for the work on a Monday morning in a week the car drove for a few days before going into limp mode knowing I was booked in left my car and used taxis to get to work for a week on arrival on the morning I was booked he took my keys and said he would contact meBy half four I had received no call so called him and had the reply I?ve been to busy and not had chance to look at itThe following day I passed the garage in a taxi to see my car was parked in the pub car park across the roadI called Tony at one o?clock ish to check as not received a call reply I?m too busy not looked yet and he would run over the job with one of the lads and have him work on it the following dayPassing the car that evening and following morning in the pub car park at two o?clock called the garage as had no contact again asked the lad how you doing with the car and he had no knowledge of the work and Tony wasn?t in and he would call him and check the situation you guest it passed car on pub car park another night and morningPissed of with him by now called at Friday lunchtime still to busy called at five o?clock taking time of work to a raft of bull about how busy and he?s been ill took my keys and drove it away don?t think I will use Tony again he is just happy with the easy money for small repairs and MOT work

I need to share my pleasure with the support provided by Tony & his team. I called him at 16:00 today to say I was desperate to carry out a repair on my wife?s car, her exhaust had broken. Despite a shed load of work he said bring it over. By 18:00 they had taken off the old exhaust & replaced with a new section- the twin pipes at the rear.What a complete star. Tony please extend my thanks to your team.Peter

I can?t recommend RTC enough - I had 2 screws in 2 tyres and was told by another tyre centre in Bury that they couldn?t be repaired & would need to replaced costing £190 each. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. It turned out 1 tyre didn?t need anything other than the screw taken out as it didn?t damage the tyre and the other puncture was repaired. The guys were really friendly and extremely helpful & saved me money. As a woman who knows nothing about repairs and could easily be taken advantage of I can?t recommend these guys enough. Any further repairs I will definitely be using and recommend RTC.

Replacing my old tyre with the WRONG SIZE UNACCEPTABLE. I'll never trust this place again, I had always looked at this tyre funny as it was a different make but I didn't check the size myself. My MOT came up months later at Ford and they discovered it was the wrong size, they was scratching their heads with disgust how that could happen. I returned with a receipt of evidence about this and manager was only happy to exchange a PARTIAL refund (I paid £60 for this) if the tyre is given back which I didn't have, it was probably a used tyre when I bought it and even worse off after I'd been using it for months, to his response was just a shrug of the shoulders. How dangerous is it to be driving around with the wrong size tyre.. why's he want his stupid tyre back which surely isn't fit for purpose after I had it? Idiot.
