Brilliant pharmacy, fast helpful, reliable service. I'm super impressed by the turn around time for ordering repeat prescriptions. They are ready to collect on the day or within 24 hours which is excellent.

Just been to this pharmacy and what a joke no apology for giving me the wrong medication. They gave me medication from 1st November I already had . The lady behind me said she had someone else's last week . very incompetent staff no customer service what is happening in this world . Shame on you

I used to find this pharmacy efficient, friendly and provided an excellent service, but now I find it just the opposite, in particular when it comes to home delivery. This week there was a failed delivery, because of a hospital appointment. I rang the pharmacy to request a delivery the next day , I was told that it would be delivered the next day, Wednesday, but it didn't arrive. I rang this morning but was told that the driver had already left and I could pick it up today or have it delivered tomorrow, which is no good because of another hospital appointment. I can't pick it up today because of waiting for the district nurse and I don't know anyon

Very helpful team. I came off my bike not far away and had a nasty gash on my arm. I went in to buy some wipes and get some advice. They were so helpful and refused to take any money for the antiseptic wipes and dressings they provided even though I offered.

Truly rude staff. Been in twice, never again. Staff stand around speaking in their language, do not even acknowledge that you are stood there waiting. Laughing and joking, whilst you wait for as long as they see fit.Manners cost nothing. These people have none.

I have been getting my prescriptions delivered from Radcliffe Pharmacy for a few years. Whenever I ring or call in the staff are always helpful and pleasant.
