I got a haircut from this salon. I went from Liverpool and the experience was great. I went for dry cut but the owner even gave me a free blowdry. Highly recommended.

horrible experience ? I had an appointment today at 9:30am and we had arrived at the premises at 9:25am. the woman arrived half an hour later then the appointment time agreed on. as well as that, we were taken down in their cellar for the facial only to find the cellar was in a horrible condition. there were dirty towels, the room was damp and dirty bits of tissue and cloth everywhere. this is a health and safety issue as it was hard for us to breathe in, there was a massive lack of hygiene. the facial on the phone was promised to be of an hour long yet she let us go in half an hour, doing stuff that could easily be done at home. I am not satisfied at all and will not be coming back for a facial as the conditions were horrible. we also asked for the eyebrows to be tidied up and she failed to even tidy them up. she was conversing on the phone with family members as well which shows her lack of devotion towards her work.

I loved it. It was fantastic and super kind and friendly. She did an amazing job on my hair and i absolutely love it so so much. This haircut is the best i have had in ages. The best thing about it is that even though it was really hard work and she was tired she still did everything she could and gave me an amazing haircut and she also kept the same price no matter how thick my hair was ( other hair stylists would ask for much more since there's more hair). Loved it so much and would recommend it so much.Service: Hairstyling

Such a rude lady would never come here again. Waited for 2 hours just to get my sister eyebrows done and even those she f them up!! Such a rude lady won?t recommend anyone!
