Food was ok. When we went to sit down the tables & benches were piled high with paper cups, bags & discarded food. When we asked if someone could wipe the surfaces the manager said there wasn?t enough staff to do that!! Not impressed at all.

Unhelpful staff - how long will a toastie be? Wouldnt give me an answer, my order was going on the grill. Tea with milk in, they dont have a clue how to make a cup of tea! Expensive insult

- Friendly staff members.
- Nice food as usual :)
Parking: You can use the car park for the shopping centre and there are plenty of spaces.

I really enjoy the sandwiches at Pret but what I don't enjoy is the way the staff treat me in the Trafford centre branch. I should clarify that it's one person in particular, a man who looks like he's the branch manager or assistant. On the two occasions I've bought sandwiches from the store he's been incredibly rude to me and been very keen for me to leave to store as soon as possible. I do wonder whether this is an issue if racism because I belong to an ethnic minority and he was much more pleasant to other people. I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt and went in again and he was awful to me for a second time while being great with other customers. Looking at other reviews there definitely seems to be a racism issue in this store. There are plenty of other choices in the Trafford Centre and I'll take my money elsewhere.

Omg. This is the most lazy drink I have ever had. Claimed to be a raspberry lemonade with an ombré look, freeze dried raspberrries and fresh cut lemons. I got a watered down blackcurrant squash. Worst £3.95 ever spent on a drink. Staff were rude and tired too?

I?ve always loved Pret but now after this experience I will probably think twice if I wanted to go, I always go to the one in town everyone is amazing there and the drinks are good.
Today at the one in Selfridges I had the worst encounter with a staff member ?ever? I think was her name she was extremely rude from the beginning it felt like she was forced to serve me, when I finished ordering I noticed she wasn?t rude at all to the person after me is it because I wear a headscarf? If it?s that which is pretty much racist! I cannot allow that to happen to me nor anyone else. I asked to speak with a manager unfortunately she was not in thats why I decided to write this review.
Plus in summer I always order the same drink its delicious but when this branch made it I swear I was drinking water not a drink i paid for.

Awful experience today when being served by the lady with short grey hair, she scanned the items and literally threw them on the counter top, zero customer service, just a frown, clearly having a bad day, pret need to either train this individual in customer service skills or replace as she is clearly not an asset to this company?. Also after reading allot of the negative reviews I?m surprised the manager has not put things in place as it seems that this individual has been treating customer poorly on many occasions. I will personally have to take this up with head office?.
